- To be built in late 2008 or 2009
- Outdoor amphitheatre facing open space wilderness, quiet surroundings with no sounds from roads or buildings.
- Expectations are for spring, 2009 (Shea needs to figure how to complete the amenity and provide safe access to the amphitheatre around the year long construction of the Sundial House)

- Passive park with trail leading to a "vista point".
- Includes a winter time "sledding hill".
- Lawn & activity gathering area.
- Rock type of natural sitting areas.
- August 2008 (has some flat & gently sloping lawn area, with gravel trail that leads to a vista point)

| Reflection Park- |

- Passive park, lakeside, with a deck area at shoreline on uppermost pond.
- Part to be completed later this year, with balance completed in 2009.
- September, 2008 ( has a larger lawn area, slopes down to the waters edge), (Includes a stone shoreline patio approximately 20” X 20”) ( We could start to use the lake for lake oriented activities in 2009 but use of the lake is yet to be determined, i.e.: dogs, remote control boats, wading/human contact with the water, etc.)
